SHIPPING POLICY

WE OFFER CONVENIENT METHODS OF DELIVERY:

Courier: This is a door-to-door service. Once the order reaches us, we scan and package the item/s. From there it will be on its way to the address provided. Details on tracking and timing will be included in your delivery notification e-mail.

Counter to Counter: This is a service offered by Postnet. Once the order reaches us, we scan and package the item/s. From there it is sent to your nearest post office. Details on tracking & timing will be included in your delivery notification e-mail.

 

FREE SHIPPING:

All orders over R1999 are subject to free shipping, we will generally send the order via our standard courier, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

All prizes are also subject to free shipping, the winner will be informed of their prize, and a relevant shipping option selected.

 

DELIVERY RATES:

Our Courier Delivery rates are determined based on the area that the customer resides in, and they are as follows:

Door-to-Door (Small 1-2 kg): All national locations are subject to a R99 fee. Please note that we only make deliveries to physical addresses only.

Door-to-Door (Medium 2-5 kg): All national locations are subject to a R189 fee. Please note that we only make deliveries to physical addresses only.

PostNet to PostNet: All national locations are subject to a R99 fee. Please note that we only make deliveries to physical addresses only. If a P.O Box or Private Bag address is provided, we will amend the shipping and send your item to you via PostNet, or the Post Office..

 

IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM YOUR SHIPMENT:

Contact us on support@primeimports.co.za or by telephone 063 098 1853 within 24 hours of the delivery having taken place. Please have your Order Number ready.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

Once we’ve dispatched your order, we’ll send you an e-mail with tracking details. If in doubt, please ensure to contact us immediately.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Delivery takes place within 2 to 15 working days after payment being received, however most of our clients receive their orders within two weeks. The shipping and processing time are dependent on the payment has been received. The shipping period begins once your payment has been authorised. For credit cards this means that once the bank gives us an authorisation code. For cash deposits and Internet transfers this means once the funds reflect in our bank account. Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays. Also remember that if you use payment options such as PayPal, the processing time will be affected by country in which the payment option mainly operates.

 

PROCESSING TIMES EXPLAINED:

Please note that after you have placed your order, it will be subject to a processing period. This period can be 2 – 7 working days, or longer depending on the product(s) ordered. Generally, all wig and toupees will hold a processing period of 10 working days, after which we will ship the items, ensuring to inspect the quality before forwarding the shipment. If you have placed your order you will notice that it first goes into a processing status before it is marked shipped, it is only after the item has been shipped that you will be able to track it on your side.
